- A "bad word" is only illegal if, in the context in which it is used, it wouldn't have caused
 offense had it been replaced by asterisks. In other words, whether I call you an "asshole"
 or an "a**hole," it's illegal. However, a discussion about the origin of the word "fuck"
 would be fine; no asterisks required. An interjection (eg, "FUCK!") that doesn't insult
 anyone is fine as well.

- Basically, I want to allow as much freedom of discussion as possible, but I don't want
 the full extent of that (eg, racist jokes).

- I want good discussion in the Lounge. To facilitate that, when you disagree with
 someone, feel free to debate whatever he's saying that you disagree with, but don't
 attack the person himself.

- Spamming and ban evasion constitute not just an attack on the Lounge but an attack
 on wiz_chat as a program. The consequences, therefore, may be much more dire,
 ranging from an extended ban duration to a full-out permanent program ban.

- I don't want racism/homophobia/anti-semitism/sexism. That includes jokes.

- To elaborate on the above rule, using "gay" as a deragatory term is unacceptable.

- Do not link to porn or to illegal files (eg, a site for SNES ROMs).
